Nipples!! - you take waffle pretzels and hershey hugs or kisses. Put one hug on each waffle and bake at 200 degrees for a few minutes until hershey hug/kiss is soft. When you take them out of the oven, put a m&m in the middle pushing the hug/kiss into the pretzel. Just lovely with the mint flavor kisses.
