I know you are anxiously awaiting news of my test.
Most of you already know, but I did not pass the test.
In other words - I have a giant FAIL next to my name.
SUCK.
I passed the property exam, I passed the casualty exam, I failed the Maine state endorsement exam.
The biggest bummer is that I have to take all three parts again.
So, Tim Horton's and I will continue our late night rendez-vous until I pass this fun.

I remember how stressed I was getting ready for my real estate exams and yours sounds even worse. Do you have to pay each time you take it?
I know you'll get it next time! Just don't overthink things and you'll be fine.

Here's the dirty secret no one will tell you.....NO ONE passes it the first time. It is one of the worst tests I've ever taken. It took me four tries on the P&C, I think.
And a word of advice....when you do pass (because I know you will) don't be like me and let the licenses expire, causing you to take the test again. Eep.
