WE REMEMBER TAKASHI MAKIMOTO
I am honored to be a part of his project again. Please be sure to visit Project 2,996 to read about so many others that lost their lives on September 11, 2001. Unfortunately I was unable to find more information on Takashi, but I want to share what I was able to find.
TAKASHI MAKIMOTO
Takashi Makimoto, 49, was a Japanese national working as a general manger at the Americas Division of Fuji Bank.
His mother, who lives in Tokushima Prefecture, said, ''(Takashi) took me to the World Trade Center building a long time ago. I can't believe that (the aircraft slammed into) the building.''

2,996
I'm participating in Project 2,996 again this year and would like to encourage my fellow bloggers to participate if you are able. They only have 570 of the 2,996 assigned and it would be a shame if we weren't able to honor all those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001.
Here is the info from Dale who is organizing this again this year for us, and here is the link http://project2996.wordpress.com:
Thanks - Heather
