WE REMEMBER WOLFGANG PETER MENZEL

I am honored to be a part of his project again. Please be sure to visit Project 2,996 to read about so many others that lost their lives on September 11, 2001. Unfortunately I was unable to find more information on Mr. Menzel, but I want to share what I was able to find.

Wolfgang Menzel, (59 or 60 – I have seen reports with different ages) was the Director of Human Resources director for BCT Technologies AG. He joined BCT in 2000. Mr. Menzel had planned to retire in six months. He was residing in Wilhelmshaven, Germany.

He died on September 11, 2001 on Flight 175 from Boston, MA to Los Angeles, CA when the plane he was on crashed into the South Tower of the World Trade Center. He has a wife and child that he leaves behind.

You are remembered Wolfgang Peter Menzel and will not be forgotten.
