I think as of tonight we will have the playroom, girls' rooms, the den and our bedroom almost completely packed up. This is 4 rooms and a garage behind our plan - but still doing better than we could be.
We have tomorrow afternoon and evening, Tuesday morning, Wednesday night and Thursday morning to finish packing and finish loading the air conditioned storage unit. Then we will be taking a load of furniture, bags of clothes, toys, appliances and misc crap to the donation site.
Thursday night we will finish all the packing of dishes and last minute items and store those in our den. Then move the rest of the furniture to the garage for storage.
Friday morning we have a cleaner coming to do the move out cleaning while we pack for the drive and meet a friend for lunch. Then the carpet guys are coming in the afternoon. I am taking the girls to go play with their friends - and then to dinner with them. Dan will stay behind and sleep. We'll come home and the girls will hide out in their room and go to bed - while I load up the car.
Early, early, early Saturday morning we will begin our 2800+ mile journey. I'm excited. The final countdown has begun. This time next week I'll be living in Maine.
